What Does The Recruitment Process Look Like?

1. Phone Interview

Brief phone introduction. We speak vision of the company, what we’ll need from you, and set expectations.

2. Interview & Vibe Check

We meet over zoom. Typical interview style. After, we spend some time getting to know your personality and see if we’re a good fit.

3. Technical Test

We perform a technical test to assess your skills in real time. We like to see if you can think and execute on the fly.

4. Offer

If you made it this far, we send an offer and begin onboarding. Welcome to BSM!
